Fall 2020 Activities

This fall has been full of outdoor activities. I’ve never biked and hiked more than in 2020. Indeed, regular biking and hiking has helped me stay sane in this sad, lonely and depressing year. We were blessed to have a gorgeous fall season this year with a gradual transition to colder temperatures, beautiful sunny days and low humidity. Being outside serves as a reminder that viruses are so species-selective; Covid-19 has caused havoc among the human population, but other animal species are completely unaffected (except for cats, dogs and other pets who are probably confused why their owners are suddenly spending so much time with them 🙂 )

Here are some pictures from some recent hikes with various meetup groups I joined this fall. Not only was it great to spend time outdoors and meet some new people, but I also learnt about several nice parks and hiking trails in the area.
